It explores kinesthetic awareness and the basic principles of movement that underly all activities. Each person works at their own level and pace to refine the body connections that are the foundations of strength, flexibility, agility, and balance. This is an excellent class for injury prevention and rehabilitation. No experience necessary. |

| "Still Moving" workshops were developed to explore the idea of "cross practice" similar to principles of athletic "cross training".
