The "Good Guy/Bad Guy" self-defense workshops explore a variety of techniques commonly employed by predators to entrap people. The information is presented in a combination of discussion and movement based experientials. They develop choices based on the natural defensive responses that arise from the strength and intelligence of fear, intuition and experience, and explore other useful responses that may not be a part of their everyday behavior patterns.
