Experiential Anatomy and Movement Observation Workshops* - taught by Michelle Gay -CMA, RSME/T, ACE, sensei, Sundays 10:00am - 1:00pm. In these workshops, participants will be introduced to a bias-free movement language, gain insight into their own movement patterns and preferences, increase and sharpen their observational skills, and develop alternative strategies for coaching and teaching. They will investigate and analyze the fundamental anatomical principles and movement dynamics underlying their respective movement arts and fitness specialties. |

| "Still Moving" workshops were developed to explore the idea of "cross practice" similar to principles of athletic "cross training". The current series uses the inner focus, consciousness and sustained quality of yoga practice as a preparation for the quick, goal oriented, and externally focused practice of karate. | |
